  • Can we visit Bordesley Park?

  • Do you host multiple events a day?
    Your big day is your big day – no one else’s. Bordesley Park will be exclusively yours from midday.
  • Can we get married at Bordesley Park?
    Yes! Our beautiful beamed Tudor Barn is fully licenced for marriage services and offers breath-taking views across the surrounding countryside.
  • Can you book our registrar?
    You will need to book your registrar yourselves - Bordesley Park falls under the catchment of Worcestershire registrars.
  • Can we get married in church and then travel to Bordesley Park afterwards?
    Bordesley Park does have a fantastic ceremony barn but you are also welcome to hold your wedding ceremony in a church then your reception at Bordesley Park Wedding Venue. A list of our local churches can be sent to you upon request by emailing
  • How many guests can we invite?
    For your ceremony, our Tudor Barn is licenced for wedding parties of upto 125 people. The Orchard Marquee seats up to 200 people for your Wedding Breakfast and holds up to 250 people, allowing for 50 more pairs of dancing feet for your evening! Alternatively, Bishop’s Barn seats up to 60 people and has more than enough room for 120 evening guests.
  • Do you have any accommodation?
    At the bottom of our drive is the Abbey Hotel and Spa. This 4-star offers 99 ensuite rooms, a choice of restaurants, a spa and gym. It is the perfect place for you and your guests to make a night, or weekend of a visit to Bordesley Park.   • Can we get ready at Bordesley Park?
    Bordesley Park offers 2 very unique rooms for your pre-wedding preparations. The Dovecote is a stunning hidden area, located above the ceremony barn for the bride and her bridesmaids. Bishop’s Barn includes a bar, Pool Table and Table Football for Groom and Groomsmen to chill out before the wedding.
  • Will someone help us to plan our day?
    Bordesley Park is a family run business with a dedicated team of very experienced event managers. Our team are on hand to help and guide you from your initial enquiry right through to the end of your big day. You will be offered consultation meetings with one of our team members and a designated co-ordinator will be on hand throughout your special day.
  • Are the venue and grounds child-friendly?
    Bordesley Park is perfect for children. With our sunken trampoline, princess swing and plenty of space to run around in, your younger guests are sure to have loads of fun!
  • Do you allow pets on-site?
    We love pets at Bordesley Park! Pets are welcomed everywhere in our venue; past couples have even had canine ring bearers!
  • Can our guests park their cars?
    There is parking for up to 50 vehicles on site, which is of course free of charge. You and your guests are welcome to leave your cars overnight, however these must be collected before 10 am the following day.
  • Is Bordesley Park wheelchair accessible?
    Bordesley Park is wheelchair accessible. We also have additional ramps we can put down to help across thresholds if you let us know.
  • Can we bring our own caterers?
    We have a choice of 5 different caterers offering a very wide range of food at Bordesley Park for most budgets. Please ask us for details or email
  • Can we use our own suppliers?
    We have a list of local suppliers but you are welcome to find your own!
  • How far in advance should we book our big day?
    We recommend that you book your big day with us as soon as you’ve set your heart on Bordesley Park to make sure that your date is secure. However, don’t be worried if you’re looking for late availability. Our Wedding Coordination team are skilled at planning the perfect day in limited time – our record is three weeks!
  • How do we pay for our venue hire?
    Upon booking your day, we ask that you pay a reservation fee to secure your exclusive date. The remainder of your cost will be split into two 50% chunks, to be paid 9 months and 6 months before your wedding. We can also offer monthly payment plans upon agreement, to make your wedding finances even more manageable.
