Hi, I’m Clive Blair, an award winning wedding photographer who focuses on natural, unposed, story-telling images of each wedding day. If you dread the thought of posing for many group photographs and would just like to enjoy your day with family and friends, I allow you to do that.
I’m a quiet observer, looking to preserve those special moments when you laughed at that in-joke with your closest friend. The moment you hugged your grand-mother because you we’re so glad she could make it to your wedding. The little tear from a family member as they reminisce about their little girl now all grown up.

I’m a former photo-journalist, working for newspapers and magazines all over the world so my photography style is a little bit edgier and a tiny smidge more creative than the norm.
I do, of course, shoot the formals too, the photos Mom & Dad want, the bridesmaids, flower girls and dapper dans in their finest suits.
But I’m forever hunting to get those spectacular wedding photography moments - the laughter, the tears, the pure joy on yours and your friends’ faces as you make this amazing leap into a brand-spanking new adventure!
Those in-between moments that range from the shockingly authentic to the extraordinarily serene.
And then some.
How and what I photograph on your big day is totally up to you. As a professional photographer I have a wide set of skills so can adapt to each wedding and your needs. From a small wedding of 10 people, to a larger affair I can either sit back and shoot or be a little more hands on regarding organisation.
At most weddings I try and achieve a few things. First and foremost I want to tell your story of the day capturing the moments that make a wedding, tears, smiles, laughing and all.
Then there are the images of the two of you. With this I use my years of experience and knowledge of light to capture portraits of you in a relaxed manner so you don’t feel uncomfortable but still get some amazing images.
Last of all, group shots. I know what you are thinking…boring! Well first of all its totally up to you how many you have so if you only want a few, thats fine but if you want 50+ thats also ok. What I will promise, is that the ones we do will be fast and natural but still well composed and worthy of the album.
