Festival Wedding This Easter Weekend

Festival Wedding This Easter Weekend

Festival Wedding at Bordesley Park Wedding Venue, to celebrate Sarah and Keirans special day!

The marquee was dressed from head to toe in pastel colored bunting to match their beautiful bridesmaids for Sarah and Keiran’s festival wedding! Vinyl records created place mats, with colorful miniature wellington boots filled with seasonal blooms by Bella Lily Flowers in the center of every table. With each table named after the couples favorite bands and the wedding party seated on the main stage the festival celebrations were set to begin!

Sarah and Keiran tied the knot in our stunning Tudor Ceremony Barn. The couples 102 guests gathered in the courtyard and waited for the Brides arrival in a beautiful stretched mini-cooper! The ceremony was full of laughter to celebrate the special day, with two lovely readings from friends and family of Sarah and Keiran. The wedding party gathered in the formal gardens for their full group photo before the showers begun and regrouped in the marquee for cocktails and canapes! What festival wedding would be complete without a shower or two?

The¬†wedding breakfast went down a treat and was shortly followed by the speeches. A nervous best man, took to the stage to sing his speech to the happy couple with his own rendition of One Direction’s History – we cant wait to see the video! The couples 250 evening guests soon arrived to join the festival wedding celebrations and enjoy the live evening entertainment by Second City Soul.

Freshly cooked Fish and Chips served with curry sauce and mushy peas provided by Sidemoor was enjoyed by all of the guests with plenty of ice cream to go around for dessert from Morton’s Vintage Hire with 5 delicious flavors to choose from!

The cocktails were flowing throughout the night courtesy of the fantastic bar provider at Bordesley Park, The Watering Hole!

Second City Souls live sets ensured the festival wedding theme was carried on right until the end and the dance floor was full throughout the night – for their finale of ‘I’ve Got A Feeling’ there was not a single person not on the dance floor to join in! The couple ended their festival wedding celebrations with a magical sparkler exit before departing with their guests to continue the celebrations into the early hours of the morning at The Abbey Hotel.

The showers certainly did not dampen the spirits at this festival wedding, we look forward to seeing the official photographs from SunBurst Wedding Photography soon!

Thank you Sarah and Keiran for allowing us to be a part of your special day, we know it certainly will be one to remember!

Bride and Grooms Testimonial:

“Bordesley Park was the most perfect venue and made the wedding day the most memorable day for us!

Stuart, Tertia and Charlie were absolutely amazing!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more and nothing was too much for them to help us.

It really was the most perfect day!

Would recommend this venue and the team to anyone and everyone!

Thank you!

Sarah & Keiran!”
